Started my dna isolation today. yeah the strains are now happily lysing and breaking apart in the water bath now. Which reminds me. Shit did i turn the knob to 55deg? Urgh fuck if i didnt i'll be damned tomorrow. The water bath in the lab is like warped. Turn the knob to 40, it will heat till 50. argh. i hope i didnt forget to change the temperature just now.

Check this shit out. I SAW SOYA BEAN AT THIS VIET EATERY NEAR MY LAB. i was like HOLY SHIT IS THAT YEOSSSSS. Then yy was like uhh yeahhh -.- then i was like holy shit i've never touched soya bean for 2months. im so gonna get it. its so ex can. It costs like 1.80. USD eh. so around like 2bucks+ sgd. wtc can. this thing costs 60cents in np. -.- but what to do, when the craving comes, you just gotta have it. so yeah. Oh this was monday btw.
