ZZ. the stupid lifeguard 123 mocktest was so lame. ZZZZZ. So tired. I realised dexter's pretty heavy and i dont have my stamina. Z.

Jasmine hogged up like 25mins of my time asking me to help her pick laptop. ZZ. but its ok.
didnt play cabal today. Prolly too tired. Shall sleep soon.

point mutation in the 6th AA. glutamic acid to valine. Valine is non polar and hydrophobic. Glu acid is polar, negatively charged and hydrophilic. Thus a sudden change in the side chain of the 6th AA leads to a hydrophobic area forming on the haemoglobin and causes it to become sticky and polymerizes into long fiber-like chains which is like the dumb sickle shape.
